Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Depart Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Afternoon game drive and picnic lunch in the park.
Tarangire to Ngorongoro
Morning game drive in Tarangire, then drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at a viewpoint overlooking the crater. Rest of afternoon at leisure with stunning views.
Ngorongoro Crater Descent
Descend 600m into the crater floor for a full day game drive. The crater is home to almost every species of East African wildlife including the rare black rhino. Packed lunch in the crater.
Ngorongoro to Serengeti
Drive across the stunning Serengeti plains to your camp. Afternoon game drive searching for the big cats. Enjoy sundowners as the African sun sets over the savanna.
Serengeti & Return to Arusha
Early morning game drive for the best wildlife sightings. After brunch, begin the scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon.
